Schedule an appointment

Please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel. We will be happy to reschedule you to a later date that works for you. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the original appointment time, a 50% charge will be applied to the credit card on file. Appointments resulting in a no-show will be charged 100% of the service.

You must provide a credit card and complete a consultation form.
